i’m feeling devilish.

Pretty random and stoke worthy. I got a call yesterday saying that the Blue Devils, a drum corp from California, were rehearsing at the high school I went to before heading to a competition this evening. So I thought I would go and watch. I loved every minute of it.

here we are again.

1. I hade a great afternoon off yesterday. Lots of work got finished. And lots of work got started. I’m working on a project that I’m so excited about right now.

2. My drum kit is amazing. I love playing it.

3. If anyone needs any websites built or blogs set up, let me know. I’ve got some openings for a few projects.

4. I need to clean out my car.

5. I’m ready to go back and get my chest worked on again. This tattoo is turning out so well. Better than I ever imagined. My sleeve was the same way.

so fun.

I get to start a super cool project tonight for a super cool dude tonight. I can’t wait!

Setting up websites and blogs is so much fun for me. And I love doing it. But when I get to do something for someone I know and it’s not that same old stuff, it makes it that much better.

what I think of you.

I’m not sure if it is because of how I was raised, my genes or just because. I have a hard time understanding how a lot of people live their lives. I’m not talking about anything negative. Just what they do in life. How they live. What they’re into.

I’m always looking for the next thing to get involved in. Like a new business, band or some sort of project. And I love making connections with people involved in those types of things. I just have the need to keep going and going. Always trying to create something cool.

But then there are people that I talk with that really don’t understand that. They are very content with their day job and love clocking out, heading home and making sure they catch their favorite show for that particular night of the week. Not that there is anything wrong with that. It’s just not for me.

And on that side of things, when I have casual conversation with someone not like me, I usually get blank stares when I say anything about what I do outside of my day job. They just can’t grasp what it is to write a song or build a web site. Family is the worst for that.

I guess this is boiling down to creative minds vs. non creative minds. I think for the most part, it’s hard to cross over and understand the other side, regardless of what type of person you are.

What are your thoughts? Does anyone else relate to this?

best part of the weekend.

I was lucky enough to go visit the talented Phil Colvin this weekend. We were short on time. So I didn’t get a lot of work done. But man, I love what he was able to pull off in the limited time we had. The dude is one stand up guy. Go get some ink from him.

finishing up a busy week.

1. Just about all of the sites I’m working on are finished or very close to being finished.

2. Going to have another few hours of work done on my chest tomorrow. Hanging out with Phil Colvin is always a great time!

3. It seems my cable and internet went out last night. Comcast says they won’t be able to come out and fix it until Monday afternoon. Joy. I guess I’ll work from Starbucks!

4. I’ve got my iPhone 4! It’s sick nasty.

5. Travie’s toothbrush, and SJC kit and Busta. It doesn’t get a lot better…

f-f-f-f-friday!

1. I’m a total slacker for not keeping up on here.

2. This past week has been crazy awesome with web design work.

3. Stoked to get my chest tattooed again in a week.

4. I’ve been playing so much fast skate punk lately. It’s awesome.

5. Love this video…

4th.

Just want to take a second to say happy Independence Day to every one.

round and round.

1. As always I’m stoked it is Friday. And an even more reason to be stoked is that it’s a 3 day weekend for me. The bank is closed on Monday. Sweeeet!

2. I’ve been spending a lot of time this week getting organized. With my side businesses getting kicked up a bit, I really need to be on top of my game. I’m excited to see whats going to come.

3. It’s been a week since I started my chest tattoo. I still love it. But its at the scabby, itchy stage right now. I’m leaving bits of skin in the bottom of the shower. Sorry Tiffany.

4. Mad props to Adam for getting me on Evernote. I love it.

5. And for your viewing and listening pleasure…

this = this.
